NSAI was born from a simple observation — Indian SMEs are being left behind in the AI revolution because existing tools are too expensive, too complex, and not built for Indian workflows.

Our story

Why we built NSAI

India has 63 million SMEs contributing over ₹330 lakh crore to the GDP. Yet most of them still run sales on WhatsApp manually, support customers through phone calls, and generate reports by hand in Excel.

Global AI tools like Salesforce, Zendesk and HubSpot cost lakhs per year and require dedicated IT teams. They don't speak Hindi. They don't integrate with Tally. They don't understand the Indian SME context.

NSAI exists to fix that. We're building AI agents that are affordable, WhatsApp-first, multilingual, and deeply integrated with Indian business tools — starting with 3 agents in beta and growing to the full 17-agent platform.
